You’ll be working directly with our clients:

We want to create an amazing customer experience so in addition to routinely staying in touch with our clients, the AM (account manager) will be emailing, calling, and even dropping by our clients every month with account, competitor, or industry insights demonstrating our commitment to realizing their goals.

Building partner relationships:

This is what makes our approach so unique: instead of hiring mid-level web developers, graphic designers, and content writers like most marketing agencies, we utilize our existing partner (or freelancer) relationships. This allows us to fulfill many of our client projects with seasoned practitioners with 10+ years of experience.

The AM will coordinate our current partners, create a rating system to gauge their performance, create a management process, and always be finding new partners to work with.

Even though the AM will work directly with clients, we firmly believe you must be hands-on with client strategy and implementation to have a better understanding of how to help each customer. So while much of the AM’s role will be client-facing, you will also assist our team with various marketing tasks comprising SEM, SEO, email marketing, web design, and related tasks.

You’ll also attend strategy meetings and client marketing summits, so it’s very important to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.

Your background:

You understand marketing and working with clients. You’ve spent at least three years in the marketing industry, working with businesses to help realize their growth goals.

You know how to get things done. You’re proactive & internally motivated, but you’re also a team-player with strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.
